    Q. Tell us a bit about yourself? – City, family, hobbies, job title
    A. 18+ years of experience working with various Design, Development, and Maintenance of cloud based projects on M365, Microsoft Azure.
    3 times Microsoft MVP and MCT. Author of 3 books published with Apress and BPB. I own my Google knowledge panel. 
    Frequent speaker and organizer of various conferences. Organizer of local technical community - Pune Tech Community, which has reach to approx 4k community members.

    Completed graduation from Mumbai and been at Pune now for more than 18 years.

    Husband and father of 3 years old son. Likes to spend my time on reading (mostly history), playing with Son, driving, and photography. I have completed my diploma in Photography.
    Currently working as an independent M365 consultant helping customers on their journey to cloud.
     
    Q. Tell us something about yourself that not many people know about you?
    A. I started my career in JAVA. Worked with it for a year before moving to Microsoft technologies.
     
    Q. What does a typical workday look like for you?
    A. Wake up early, Spend an hour at Gym. Get Son to school, usual work, community contribution and discussion, In the evening, playing with Son and reading.

    Q. Your 1st version of SharePoint that you experienced and what year
    A. 2003, in the year 2005
     
    Q. Last challenging project and why? (this should relate to your demo)
    A. Challenges with Document processing, classification and extraction of information. Generate bulk business processing documents.
     
    Q. What is the biggest mistake that your feel holds back your clients from the results they want (this should relate to your demo)
    A. Implementation of custom solutions instead of using Microsoft 365 native or add-on capabilities.
     
    Q. Describe a SharePoint train wreck project, and what did you learn?
    A. Inappropriate usage of SharePoint storage instead of using its collaboration features.
     
    Q. Your favorite M365 feature/tool and why
    A. MS Teams, best collaboration workspace for everyone 
     
    Q. Where do you think Microsoft is going with M365.. Be totally honest
    A. Microsoft is investing huge efforts on rolling new capabilities and features day by day. I like the way Microsoft has strategically positioned SharePoint at the centre of everything when there was a question on the future of SharePoint.
