My job involves developing and delivering new ideas, recruiting and motivating the people around me, and providing an outstanding service for our clients. Like all of us, I get involved in pitching for work. I know when the team gets things right because people send us lovely emails about the projects, training and coaching we have done, and the people we have helped.
We see everything from SharePoint migrations to Copilot adoption programs, have been in the trenches of on-prem to Azure digital transformation programs, and are amazed by the clients of all sizes and locations we've helped.
